These terms govern your use of the pl1947 platform. Please read them in full before creating an account or placing any bets. Using the platform means you accept these terms.

You must be 18 or older to register and use pl1947. One account per person is permitted. Providing false registration details is a breach of these terms.
All transactions are in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer or card. Funds must come from accounts in your own name. Withdrawal conditions apply.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements, time limits and game contribution rules. Bonus terms are stated per promotion. Abuse of bonus offers will result in forfeiture.

If you are registering on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. pl1947 may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.
These terms are written in English and apply to all users accessing the platform from any location. If there is a conflict between any translated version and the English version, the English version takes precedence.
To register and use pl1947 you must meet all of the following conditions:
pl1947 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any funds in an ineligible account will be handled in accordance with pl1947's standard account closure procedures.
Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on pl1947. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same household – is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.
When registering you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth and contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these terms.
pl1947 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age and payment methods. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. Common documents requested include a valid national identity card, passport or utility bill for address verification.
All deposits and withdrawals on pl1947 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and debit or credit cards. The list of available payment methods may change and is displayed in the Account section of the platform.
Deposits: Funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are credited to your pl1947 balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider, which is typically within a few minutes for mobile wallet methods.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, pl1947 may require identity verification to be complete. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the withdrawal section. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are stated at the time of request.
Bonus Funds: Bonus funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Real money funds deposited by you are separable from bonus funds and may be withdrawable subject to the conditions above, though doing so may result in active bonuses being forfeited.
pl1947 offers various promotions from time to time including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion.
Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement – the total amount of bets you must place using the bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit amount) before the bonus converts to withdrawable balance. The wagering requirement multiplier and applicable game types are stated in each promotion's terms. Different game types may contribute to wagering at different rates (for example, Slot games typically contribute at 100% while table games may contribute at a lower rate).
Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a time limit from the date they are credited. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. Remaining time is shown in the Account section.
Bonus Abuse: pl1947 monitors accounts for patterns that suggest abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim new player bonuses, placing bets that hedge across markets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and using another person's payment methods to fund bonus-qualifying deposits. Where abuse is identified, bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
The pl1947 Sports Betting section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Tests), Football, Tennis, Basketball, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting activity on the platform.
Bet Confirmation: A bet is only accepted once you receive a confirmation notification. Until confirmation is issued the bet has not been placed. Bets placed using in-play markets are subject to the odds at the moment of confirmation, which may differ from the displayed odds at the time you initiated the bet selection due to real-time market movement.
Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is abandoned before the minimum time required for settlement, if there was a clear error in the odds offered, or if the bet was placed on an event that was already completed at the time of placement. Void bets are returned to the account balance as a stake refund.
Errors in Odds: pl1947 makes every effort to display accurate odds. In the event of a manifest error – where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault – pl1947 reserves the right to cancel affected bets and refund stakes. A manifestly incorrect price is one that a reasonable person would recognise as an error rather than a genuine market price.
Maximum Payouts: Maximum payout limits apply per sport and per bet type. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Any winnings above the applicable maximum will be capped at the stated limit.
Casino games including Live Casino tables and Slot Games are provided on pl1947 by certified game providers. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealers operating under controlled and monitored conditions.
Game outcomes are final once the round is completed and confirmed. In the event of a disconnection during a game, the result of any completed round stands. If a round was not completed due to a disconnection, the stake for that round is typically returned to the account, though outcomes depend on the specific game and provider.
The theoretical return to player (RTP) percentage for each Slot game is provided by the game developer and is available within the game information panel. RTP is calculated over millions of rounds – it does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, pl1947 will investigate and apply the outcome that the game would have produced had the malfunction not occurred, where this can be determined. Where it cannot be determined, the stake is refunded. No additional compensation is payable for technical issues.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pl1947 will never contact you to ask for your password – any communication claiming to be from pl1947 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pl1947 immediately. pl1947 will investigate and may temporarily restrict the account during the investigation period. You should also change your password immediately through the Account Settings section.
pl1947 uses industry-standard encryption for data transmission and storage. However, no online platform is entirely free from security risk. You should use a unique, strong password for your pl1947 account and enable any additional security features offered in Account Settings.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on pl1947 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be referred to relevant authorities:
pl1947 is committed to providing tools that help players manage their activity responsibly. The platform is entertainment. Betting and Casino games are designed to be engaging, but they carry a financial cost over time and should never be treated as a source of income.

pl1947 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is reason to believe these terms have been breached, if the account is associated with fraudulent activity, if verification requirements have not been met, or if the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any real money balance will be returned to the account holder via the payment method on file after identity verification is completed. Bonus funds are not returned on closure.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to closure. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, pl1947 encourages you to use the self-exclusion feature in Account Settings rather than a standard closure, as this provides an additional layer of protection.
pl1947 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we cannot guarantee the platform will be free from interruption, errors or data loss. pl1947 is not liable for any loss arising from platform downtime, technical errors or unavailability of third-party services such as payment providers or game providers.
pl1947 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits pl1947's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
You acknowledge that Sports Betting and Casino games involve financial risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. pl1947 does not guarantee any return on any bet or game and is not responsible for losses incurred through normal use of the platform.
pl1947 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated revision date. For material changes, pl1947 may notify registered users by email or through a notification within the platform.
Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a material change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any balances in your account at the time of closure will be handled according to the closure procedures described in Section 11.

pl1947 aims to acknowledge all support queries promptly and to resolve disputes fairly and in accordance with these terms. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by the support team, the matter will be escalated to senior management for review. The decision following that escalation is final and binding.
